Lucifer London is a design house producing limited-edition chess sets and related objects.
All products are designed in London and sold directly through our website.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
By ordering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Products
All products sold by Lucifer London are physical goods produced in limited quantities.
Because of the nature of limited production:
- Minor variations may occur
- Surface texture and finish may differ slightly between sets
- These variations are not defects, but part of the object’s character
Product images are for reference only.
Exact appearance may vary slightly.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP unless stated otherwise.
Prices include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
Payment is taken at the time of order via secure third-party payment providers.
We do not store your payment details.
5. Orders & Acceptance
An order is considered accepted once payment has been confirmed and you receive an order confirmation email.
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse or cancel any order
- Limit quantities
- Cancel orders due to errors, fraud suspicion, or stock issues
If an order is cancelled, you will be refunded in full.
6. Production & Lead Times
All sets are produced in small batches.
Estimated production and dispatch times are provided at checkout and are estimates only.
Delays may occur due to materials, finishing, or quality control.
We are not liable for delays beyond our control.
7. Shipping
We ship internationally.
Shipping costs and delivery times are displayed at checkout.
Customers are responsible for:
- Import duties
- Customs fees
- Local taxes
Once dispatched, responsibility transfers to the carrier.
8. Returns & Refunds
Due to the limited-edition and made-to-order nature of our products, returns are accepted only if:
- The item is damaged on arrival, or
- The item is defective
You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Normal wear
- Minor aesthetic variation
- Damage caused after delivery
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
9. Authentication
Each set is issued with a unique authentication code.
We do not:
- Replace lost codes
- Reissue certificates
- Authenticate items without valid codes
Authentication confirms origin, not ownership or value.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including designs, text, images, files, and product forms — is the exclusive property of Lucifer London.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lucifer London shall not be liable for:

- Loss of value
- Loss of enjoyment
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
