Lucifer London produces limited-edition objects in small, controlled runs.
Each set is finished, inspected, and released individually.
This policy outlines when returns and refunds are accepted.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only if:
- The product arrives damaged, or
- The product is defective on arrival
You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Preference
- Normal variation in finish or texture
- Damage caused after delivery
- Loss of value after use
- Second-hand purchases
2. Reporting an Issue
To request a return, contact:
Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- A brief description
We will assess the request and respond within 3 business days.
3. Approved Returns
If your return is approved:
- You will receive return instructions
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- The item must be unused and in original condition
Returned items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
4. Refunds
Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time is typically 5–10 business days
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or defective on arrival.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
Each set is produced in limited quantities and cannot be replaced once released.
6. International Orders
For international returns:
- The customer is responsible for return shipping
- Any customs or import fees are non-refundable
- We recommend insured, tracked shipping
7. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before production begins.
Once production has started, cancellation is no longer possible.
